First, waterproof concrete construction joints

1、防水混凝土应连续浇筑，需要留设施工缝时，墙体水平施工缝应留在高出底板表面不小于300mm的墙体上；拱（板）墙结合的水平施工缝宜留在拱（板）墙接缝线以下150mm~300mm处；墙体有预留孔洞时，施工缝距孔洞边缘不宜小于300mm。垂直施工缝应避开地下水和裂隙水较多的地段，并宜与变形缝相结合。

二、变形缝防水施工

1、变形缝处混凝土结构的厚度不应小于300mm，采用中埋式止水带中心线应和变形缝中心线重合，止水带不得穿孔或用铁钉固定。

2、中埋式止水带在转角处宜采用直角专用配件，并应做成圆弧形，转角半径不小于200mm。止水带的接槎不得甩在转角处，且应留在边墙较高部位，接头宜采用热压焊。

三、后浇带防水施工

1、后浇带应设在受力和变形较小的部位，间距宜为30m~60m，宽度宜为700~1000mm。后浇带可做成平直缝，结构主筋不宜在缝中断开，如必须断开，则主筋搭接长度应大于45倍主筋直径，并应按设计要求增加附筋。

2、后浇带应在其两侧混凝土龄期达到42d后再施工。高层建筑的后浇带应按设计规定的时间进行。
