防水卷材湿铺施工方法

防水卷材湿铺施工方法是指将用于非外露防水工程的湿铺防水卷材，用水泥凝胶（素水泥浆）与基层粘结的施工方法。适用于各类工业与民用建筑的屋面、地下室等防水工程，特别适用于防水等级较高、施工环境较差、潮湿、赶工期的防水工程。

Waterproof rolling material wet laying method is to refer to the wet spread waterproof rolling material used for non-exposed waterproof engineering, and the construction method of cement gel (plain cement slurry) and the base bond. It is suitable for waterproofing works such as roof and basement of all kinds of industrial and civil buildings, especially suitable for waterproofing project with high waterproofing grade, poor construction environment, damp and working period. 

工具/原料

Tools/materials 

基层清理工具：钢丝刷、扫帚、小平铲、锤子等、冲洗水管。

Primary cleaning tools: steel wire brush, broom, xiaoping spade, hammer, etc., flush water pipe.  

施  工   工  具：铁抹子、电动搅拌器、配料桶、塑料刮板、橡胶压辊、剪刀或裁纸刀、钢卷尺、皮卷尺、墨盒、热风枪或喷枪等。

Work tools: iron float, electric mixer, batching barrel, plastic scraper, rubber roller, scissors or paper cutter, steel tape measure, leather tape measure, ink box, hot air gun or spray gun etc. 

防   护  工  具：工作服、安全帽、橡胶手套、平底橡胶鞋、安全带（绳）等。

Protective gear: overalls, hard hats, rubber gloves, flat rubber shoes, seat belts (rope), etc.

方法/步骤

Method/procedure 

1、基面清理：

1. Base cleaning: 

清除基层表面杂物、油污、砂子，凸出表面的石子、砂浆疙瘩等应清理干净，清扫工作必须在施工中随时进行，并修补平整表面。尤其铲除排水口、烟囱、管壁上的水泥砂浆等附着物；

The cleaning must be carried out at any time during the construction and repair the flat surface. Especially to remove the cement mortar, such as water outlet, chimney and wall, etc.; 

 

阴阳角采用水泥砂浆抹成圆弧角，阴角最小半径50mm，阳角最小半径20mm。基面若有明水，扫除即可施工。

The Angle of Yin and Yang is used to use cement mortar to be used as circular arc Angle, the minimum radius of the negative Angle is 50mm, and the minimum radius of yangjiao is 20mm. If the base surface has clear water, clean can be constructed. 

 

2、配置水泥素浆：

按水泥：水=2:1（重量比）。先按比例将水倒入原已备好的拌浆桶，再将水泥放入水中，浸泡15～20分钟并充分浸透后，把桶面多余的水倒掉；然后加入水泥用量的5%～8%聚合物建筑胶（保水剂），用电动搅拌机进行搅拌，搅拌时间5分钟以上。

Cement: water = 2:1 (weight ratio). Pour the water into the ready mixing bucket, then put the cement into the water and soak for 15 ~ 20 minutes, then pour out the excess water. Then add 5 % ~ 8 % of polymer construction glue (water retention agent). Stir with electric mixer for more than 5 minutes. 

 

3、弹基准线试铺：

根据施工现场状况，进行合理定位，确定卷材铺贴方向，在基层上弹好卷材控制线，依循流水方向从低往高进行卷材试铺。

According to the condition of the construction site, make reasonable positioning, determine the direction of the rolling material, play the coil control line at the base level, and follow the flow direction from the low to the high test. 

 

4、撕开卷材底部隔离纸：

卷材试铺后，先将要铺贴的卷材剪好，反铺于基面上(即是底部隔离纸朝上)，撕剥去卷材隔离纸。撕剥时，已剥开的隔离纸宜与粘结面保持45～60度的锐角，防止拉断隔离纸，尽量保持在自然松弛状态，但不要有皱折。

5、卷材铺贴：

滚铺法：将卷材对准基准线试铺，在约5m长处用裁纸刀将隔离纸轻轻划开，注意不要划伤卷材，将未铺开卷材隔离纸从背面缓缓撕开，同时将未铺开卷材沿基准线慢慢向前推铺。边撕隔离纸边铺贴。铺贴好后再将前面试铺剩余的约5m长卷材卷回，依上述方法粘贴在基层上。
