屋面防水工程的施工要点

①、出屋面管道补孔工作应在做屋面防水层前完成，包括穿层管补孔。并由专人负责，不得由管道工补孔，以确保修补质量。凿除预留四壁松动浮石，清除垃圾，底模必须支撑牢固，以保证补漏浆，不下坠。

②、提前洒水湿润后，浇20㎜1：2水泥浆接浆，上浇C20加微膨胀剂细石砼，并要求浇筑密实。

③、隔天在其表面上用防水油膏嵌缝，然后用1：2水泥砂浆与屋面找平，并在管道周边做“馒头”，在“馒头”与管道之间宜填嵌密封材料再做防水处理。
