优点——施工方便、工期短、成形后无须养护、不受气温影响、环境污染小，层厚容易按设计要求掌握用材计算准确、施工现场管理方便，不易偷工减料，层厚均匀，空铺时能有效地克服基层应力（在基层发生较大裂缝时能保持防水层整体性）。
